StorageAuctionFinder is not an auctioneer, storage facility, seller, payment processor, broker, or bidding platform. We do not own the storage units shown in search results and we do not control the auctions.

3. Third-Party Auction Listings

Listing information displayed on StorageAuctionFinder may originate from public information made available by third-party auction providers or storage facilities. This information can include titles, locations, photographs, current bids, ending times, and links to the original listing.

Auction information changes quickly. We do not guarantee that information displayed on StorageAuctionFinder is complete, current, accurate, or available at the moment you view it. Before bidding or making any financial decision, you are responsible for reviewing the original listing and verifying all important information directly with the auction provider or facility.

4. Bidding and Purchases

All auction registration, bidding, payment, taxes, deposits, buyer premiums, pickup requirements, refunds, disputes, and transaction terms are handled by the applicable third-party auction provider and/or storage facility.

StorageAuctionFinder cannot place, cancel, raise, lower, reverse, or refund a bid. We are not responsible for the outcome of an auction or for the condition, quantity, legality, authenticity, ownership, or value of items contained in a storage unit.

5. Auction Timing and Availability

Countdowns and ending times displayed by StorageAuctionFinder are provided as a convenience. Auction providers may extend, delay, cancel, remove, or otherwise change an auction. Some providers use extended bidding when bids are placed near the scheduled closing time.

The original auction website is the authoritative source for the official auction status and closing time.

6. User Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or other security features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StorageAuctionFinder to:
